Complete Home Theater Setup along with Acoustic Treatment was carried out for a Home Theater in KR Puram, Bangalore. The following works were carried out in the Home theater.

ACOUSTIC TREATMENT
Due to heavy echo and noise present in the room, Acoustic Treatment was carried out for both the walls and ceiling. The wall acoustic treatment comprised of 6 layer system consisting of Wood wool board paired with Polyester wadding finished off with Shaneel Fabric. Whereas, for the False Ceiling, Acoustic Treatment consisted of a combination of Gypsum Board False ceiling on the sides and Spray painted Grid Acoustic Ceiling tiles in the center with a cove light provision.
The following Acoustic Treatment Process helped us in achieving an N.R.C (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.95. Thus, removing the excessive echo and noise present in the room and making the sound more crisp and clear.
DESIGN AND AESTHETICS
The Acoustic materials were installed at a single level elevated from the wall at a distance of 100mm. Although a simple design was chosen, the right and left walls had a pair of Diagonal Lines which not only gave a contrast effect but also added a touch of elegance. The Diagonal lines were wrapped with Grey color fabric and the remaining areas were covered with Dark Brown Fabric.
Acoustic Treatment for the False Ceiling consisted of a combination of Gypsum Board False ceiling with a cove light provision on the borders and Suspended Grid Ceiling with Black spray painted Wood Wool Acoustic Ceiling tiles in the center. With good Ambient, Focus and Spot Lights, the False Ceiling and fabric wall paneling complimented each other and gave a simple yet stylish Theatrical outlook .
HOME THEATER SPEAKERS AND SYSTEMS
With a room size of 22ft x 12ft, a 7.1.2 Channel Speaker setup was ideal for this Home Theater. All the Speakers were In-wall and were concealed behind the fabric. Apart from that, a 133 Inch Projector screen with a True 4k UHD Projector was installed. A perfect combination for a Truly Immersive Experience.
