RECORDING STUDIO ACOUSTIC TREATMENT PROCESS
The Media Recording Room Acoustic treatment process involved in the installation of PET Polyester Acoustic Panels. These Acoustic panels are available in the size of 8ft x 4ft with a thickness of 9mm. PET Polyester Panels have an N.R.C Level of 0.75. With very mild reflection and echo present in the room, PET Polyester Acoustic panels were enough in the Recording Studio Acoustic Treatment process. These panels were cut into the shape of Hexagons and pasted directly on to the wall using adhesive.
This form of Wall Acoustic paneling not only helped in removing the echo present in the room but also helped in creating the right atmosphere for the Medio Recording Studio.
MEDIA RECORDING STUDIO ACOUSTIC PANELS
With very minimum Acoustics required for the Media Recording Studio, we had very limited options in terms of designing. The PET Polyester Acoustic Panels were cut into the shape of Hexagons of equal size and pasted on to the wall directly. Each Hexagon Acoustic Panel had a groove of 6mm between each other.
Inspite of having some limitations in the room, the shape of the Acoustic panels and the colors chosen helped in enhancing the aesthetics of the Media Recording Studio. The colors chosen for the Acoustic Panels were Blue, Dark Grey, Yellow and Greyish White. The colors of the Acoustic Panels not only complimented each other but also blended in with the other elements of the room.
Apart from the Recording Studio Acoustic Treatment, the Hexagon Acoustic panels helped in creating a feature wall or background wall for the Studio as well.
